Our Story
Where It All Started
Onpoint Property Management was founded in 2012 by its owner, Jaebadiah Gardner. Jaebadiah was in law school when he started managing property in 2009. He was in Grand Rapids, MI attending Western University Law School when he began to get calls from friends and family back in Seattle who were inquiring about property management. He took that opportunity to connect with a local friend who would do the showings in Seattle and Jaebadiah would perform the admin tasks like background checks and setting up the lease. As the property management business started to pick up, he already had his parent company GardnerGlobal. GardnerGlobal property management didn’t have the ring to it that he liked, so he named the company after a saying he says often when something is damn near perfect, “that’s “Onpoint!” Sorry there’s no dramatic or long drawn out story behind the name. We are however located in the very dramatic and historic Post Alley in the Pike Market. You can find us just south of the gum wall and come with a quarter in hand, we have just the thing you’ll need to optimize your gum wall experience!

Our accounts management team takes the lead on dues collection, bill payments and any financial organization.
